If you spend your life in a helmet and harness, our Women’s Filament Hoody is for you. From arduous backcountry ski tours to extreme alpine ascents, it’s a supremely versatile mountain midlayer.

Rab Women’s Filament Hoody is built for high-output pursuits in cold winter conditions. It uses a lightweight, fast-wicking Thermic™ recycled fleece with a 7% elastane content for plenty of stretch on difficult ascents. As part of our highly technical Ascent range, it also features an athletic, low-bulk cut, as well as smooth flatlock seams for the easiest possible layering. Despite a weight of just 274g, the stripe-patterned fabric is extremely warm and durable, providing plenty of insulation, while helping transfer sweat between layers and away from the body. Additional mountain-ready features include a full-length YKK® front zip, a zipped chest pocket, an under-helmet hood and a set of unobtrusive thumb loops to keep your hands warm and your sleeves in place.

With its easy-breathing fabric, lightweight construction and advanced feature set, the Women’s Filament Hoody is tailor-made for the steep, hostile parts of the world.
